Customer selects product on UKGymHub and completes payment in full via Stripe or card. No order is processed until payment is confirmed.
Payment clears to your account (Stripe typically settles within minutes). You now have the customer's money in hand before spending anything.
Only after payment is received do you place the order with the relevant supplier (Myprotein, Body & Fit, Bulk™, etc.). You pay the supplier's wholesale/trade price — which is always less than what the customer paid you.
The supplier picks, packs and ships directly to your customer's address. You provide the customer's delivery details when placing the supplier order.
Customer receives their product in 1–3 working days (UK suppliers) or 3–7 days (EU suppliers). Tracking number sent to customer automatically.
Your profit is the difference between what the customer paid and what you paid the supplier (including shipping). Reported to [email protected] weekly.
Customer pays you → you pay supplier → you keep the difference. Every order is profitable before you spend anything.
You only contact these suppliers AFTER a customer has paid. They ship directly to your customer.
